Tatsoi and Pear Salad

Here is one of my new creations that I made up after talking to the ingredients and my body. Remember even if you don’t have a garden you can grow your own micro herbs. It is very easy and it gets exciting when they start growing. I read when one is mourning for a loss of a loved one, career or something else it will help to reset the mind and bring us back to thrive in our environment. I find them delicious and they always cheer me up. Remember always ask your body what kind of food would it like to eat and be happy with. Enjoy the Creating! Peace be with you, Always. Andrea xxx
